This beauty queen is Chloe. She and her bonded sister, Isabel, were abandoned inside a cardboard box outside of a middle school. They were scared and matted and received a fancy Lion cut – but her hair is growing back beautifully. Chloe is full of personality and very social - she seems to think she's a dog and loves to be around her foster people and go room to room with them, eat right alongside the dogs and even comes running when she's called. She loves to talk to you and adores scratches and being close to you and will reward you with lots of purring. Because Chloe has tested positive for the Feline Leukemia virus, we will want to find them a home where they are the only cats and Humane Tomorrow is committed to finding them a home together. While no guarantee, we did vaccinate Isabel against leukemia and she has thus far tested negative and as they are so bonded we think it is best to keep them together despite the slight risk. Cats can live long and happy lives being FeLV+ and that is our hope for Chloe too. She has a voracious appetite and is a very healthy cat that’s full of energy and personality.
