Meet Spot. This sweet beauty has had quite the roller coaster ride in her short life, and she's ready to get off and settle down. She was actually born into our organization and successfully adopted. Unfortunately, she was surrendered back to Humane Tomorrow after accidentally getting out of the house, getting hit by a car, and the cost to save her badly broken leg was more than the adopter could afford. To top it all off, during her stay in the ER it was discovered that she had bladder stones. But, after wonderful treatment in the Denton ER, a prescription diet to dissolve the bladder stones, and a few weeks of restful recuperation with her foster family, she is good as new (though she remains on the prescription diet as a preventative)! Even after all the pain she's been through (and weeks of wearing an e-collar!), she still has a happy and positive attitude, enjoying chasing and leaping after her favorite wand toy and napping in laps. Her foster mom says Spot is very sociable, chatty, playful, and loving. Can you help Spot off the roller coaster and let her come into your heart?
